I have to say, turning 40 wasn't so bad. I had a great party at work and Dan & the boys had this awesome tribute to"Dexter" cake made for me.
The day after my birthday I left for Phoenix to celebrate with Kevin and his family and also join them on a trip to Sedona to celebrate my nephew Nate's birthday as well! It wasn't quite the warm get-away I was hoping for but we had a lot of fun and it was really gorgeous!

This was the day we were leaving, heading further north to Flagstaff to find snow and go tubing.
Unfortunately after driving all that way we discovered while trying to inflate the tube that they had disintegrated! We went anyway and played in the snow for a while.
Next stop was "Bearizona" the drive-thru zoo.
After Kevin sufficiently harassed this wolf, it decided to pin me in for a good 5 minutes before finally walking away and letting me go. That's Kevin in front of me waiting and laughing.
