Easter Morning, Finally!

Auntie Hope & cousin Gabe were here for Easter weekend and we had a lot of fun.  Unfortunately it took a few shots to realize the camera was on the wrong setting so the first couple are a little blurry.  The boys had to baskets to find and since it was such a beautiful day we headed outside to find the eggs the bunny hid in the yard.
Preparing to head down to find their loot.
Jack found his pretty quickly, and everyone else's!  Next year the bunny will have to get more creative.
 Let the sugar rush begin!
 The new Chuggington train set.
Yes that's a party blower, looks like the bunny found some old party favors to put in the baskets...smart bunny.
Jack was schooling Drew on how to crack these babies open to get a "surprise".
Puffs and yogurt melts?!  How did the bunny know?
Chocolate bunny?!  Where's the good stuff???
 Let the egg hunt begin!
I think it took 3 full trips around the house but Jack found them all!
Drew watched the festivities from the comfort of his stroller...next year buddy.
Good idea but the sun was in everyone's eyes.
 Got stripes?!
 My fav...
 Caught in the act!

Decorating Easter Eggs

Dan Jack & Gabe colored 2 dozen eggs, don't ask how many we smashed trying to rub tattoos on them!  Those looked like a good idea but none of us could really get them to work!
Grandma Hart sent a "light saber" for Jack which he was pretty excited about!
Some funny shots from school.
So cute, love this one!

Jack's 1st Brewer's Game

We took Jack to his first Brewer's Game the day before Easter (the day after opening day) and he had a blast!
Riding in Auntie Hope's Jeep on the way to the stadium.
We had really good seats just behind 3rd base.
And so it begins...
Mickey!!!
Hanging with Bernie Brewer.
The first encounter with cotton candy.
Playing on the playground at the stadium on the way back to the car, the perfect end to a great day!

Go Fly A Kite!

March brought us some great warm & windy weather, perfect for flying kites so Dan bought Jack his first one and they quickly got it off the ground.  Jack was flying it by himself in no time!  Drew and I watched from the swings.
