Crazed Bunny

I found this pic on Dan's phone and busted up laughing, what a nut!

Drew's 1st Movie!

We went with our swim friends to go see "Epic" on Friday.  Drew did great!  Those pretzel bites probably helped keep him occupied and they got to see the previews for the 2nd Monster's Inc & Despicable Me so I have a feeling we will be heading to the movies for a few more favorites this summer!

HAPPY 2ND BIRTHDAY DREW!!!

We did something we've never done before and actually had a real birthday party!  Our swim friends came over the day after Drew's b-day to help celebrate and we had a great time.

Woody!

Transformers Rescue Bots!  Love this shot.

A Spiderman trike!

Sidewalk chalk, bubbles, and Captain Hook's ship!  Thank you Tamm's!

 Rex & Buzz's space ship...thank you Stone's!

As we wrapped up the party, we figured it was time to finally get a picture of all 6 kids together and realized we probably should have been doing this since the oldest ones started swim when they were 6 months old...oh well!

Left to right: Drew, Evan, Alex, Ashley, Kyra, Jack

We figured this would also be a good time to get someone to take a family photo of us since the only one we had was from when Drew was only 8 weeks old!

Dan's 40th & Black Bear Lodge

Dan has been telling me for years that he wants a life size frozen Han Solo in our house.  This is the closest he is ever going to get to that!  Our local cake place did an excellent job translating it into a cake and for once I finally surprised him with something!

The next morning we ventured up to St Germain in northern Wisconsin which was about a 5 hr drive.  Unfortunately, the nice weather we had been having all week returned to rain & snow but our cabin was right on the lake and we had a fireplace to stay warm and a DVD player with lots of movies and decided to just make the best of it.  It really is a beautiful place, we would like to go back one day when we can actually use the boats and play outside more!

One last look at the lake before we headed back home...

My new fave pic!

Jack's 1st Bike

Jack finally warmed up to the idea of a bike, even though the weather was not really there yet (April).  The Spiderman bike won during the Toys R Us ride-a-thon in the store.  I think it took me less time to lease an actual vehicle!
