I have been "running" about 3 times a week now for over a year and today my 2 friends from swim class and I ran our first 5K! The Color Run is "The Happiest 5K on the Planet" and today it lived up to it's name. You start out wearing white and then every 1/2 mile or so you run through a color and by the end you are a rainbow. Our husbands and kids all came to cheer us on. We had a blast, here are some highlights.
